My package was delivered damaged. What to do ?
Systematically inspect the contents of your package upon receipt.
Carry out an inventory of the package and goods with the carrier.
Note all possible damage on the delivery slip and sign it.
Please take the time to inform us of the complaints made and to check the correspondence between the products delivered and the attached invoice as soon as possible.
In the absence of a complaint from you to the carrier and at the time of receipt of your order, no recourse will then be possible to obtain reimbursement or replacement of the damaged products.
If you receive a damaged foam bar, we ask you to systematically refuse the package and ask the carrier to return it to the sender.
