Different SILMAR polyester resins, which one to choose?

SIL249-BLH resin is very effective for use with conventional PMEK catalyst and for laminating colorless boards. The bluish optical brightener it contains makes your board appear whiter.

The same goes for SIL249-BB resin containing more optical brightener for a “whiter than white” result.

Prefer the “classic” SIL249-A resin in the case of use with the addition of pigments (tinted resins), or in the case where you have chosen to work with a UV catalyst

Question 3

How are shipping fees calculated?

Accepted Answer

Shipping costs are calculated as accurately as possible based on the final destination (country + postal code), the weight + volume of the package, its size, its “dangerous” nature, etc. A large number of parameters are therefore taken into account to try to best adjust the amount of fees offered.

The amount of these costs will be communicated to you when you add products to your basket, once you are identified (login + password) and have entered your delivery address.

The country where I reside does not appear in the list of choices offered

For logistical or economic reasons, we cannot ship to certain destinations. More generally, we do not carry out any export operations (outside the European Union). Therefore, certain areas such as Switzerland, Great Britain, the Anglo-Saxon or Spanish islands are not eligible for delivery, and only collection of the goods in store will then be offered to you. As a result, your country of domiciliation does not appear in the drop-down list of countries offered when creating your customer account.
